• Preparation — how many hours of cleaning, cross-referencing and checking?
• Refresh — is the dataset maintained, and how often?
• Readability — dictionary, documentation, ready-to-use formats.
• Depth — number of territories, years, variables.
• Time saved — what the same work would cost you in-house.
