A dissertation built on real data carries more weight.

Atmart Campus

Academic access to Atmart data, for final dissertations, theses and applied research on Haiti. Free, verified, supported.

Why this programme exists

A dissertation should not stall for want of data

Too many final-year projects rest on second-hand figures, undated, copied from an earlier dissertation. It is not a problem of effort: it is a problem of access. Atmart Campus opens that access — without destroying the value of what is sold elsewhere, because both have to last.

📚For the student

Quotable data, with its source and its limits: a jury cannot brush it aside.

🔬For the researcher

A clean, versioned starting point that makes a piece of work reproducible.

🏫For the university

A methodological level that rises across a whole cohort, with no new budget.

🇭🇹For the country

Work that finally documents local realities instead of assuming them.

What access gives you

Four things, not just files

📦 One dissertation pack per discipline

The datasets useful to your field, assembled and harmonised, with the variable dictionary and the sheet for each source.

🧭 A methodological guide

What the data lets you demonstrate, what it does not, the most common interpretation traps, and the minimum tests to run before concluding.

💡 A library of topics

Research questions that can actually be handled with the available data — useful when the topic is not yet settled.

🔖 A citation template

The exact reference to put in your bibliography, supplied with every dataset, so your source can be checked by the jury.

Dissertation packs

Eight disciplines covered

The packs are assembled from the existing catalogue. Two are ready today; the others open as the matching datasets are built or sponsored.

The rules

Free does not mean without conditions

These rules are not distrust: they are what lets the programme exist next year.

For universities and laboratories

Moving from individual access to an agreement

When several cohorts work on the same sources, individual requests no longer make sense. Three arrangements exist:

ArrangementWhat it coversFunding
Faculty agreementAccess for every dissertation in a faculty over one academic year, hands-on workshop includedinstitutional licence
Sponsored cohortOne theme, one cohort, one dataset opened and financed by a third partyun sponsor
LaboratoryMulti-year access with updates and methodological support for a research teamon quotation

An agreement always includes a hands-on workshop (reading the data sheets, the variable dictionary, first manipulations) — without it, the data stays in a folder and is never opened.

Pilot programme — first cohorts

Atmart Campus is just starting. Requests are handled by hand, one at a time, within 5 working days. It is slower than an automatic form, but every application gets a real answer — including when the data asked for does not yet exist, in which case we say so.

Access request

Your request in six fields

The form simply opens your mailbox — no data is stored on this site. Attach your proof of enrolment to the e-mail before sending it.
